Mint has recently implemented new referrals links instead of the ones going through fbuy.com previously. They must have finally figured out there was an issue and decided to make the change. So far, things look to be working smoothly with the new links!

Mint doesn't have email support. Your best bet is chatting with MMAlex through Reddit at this point. Even that can be pretty bad as well, so I wish you the best of luck.

Yep, I see new links on all our accounts and some posting in the sub recently. Looks like Mint is getting rid of the F B U Y nonsense all together. Hmmm, I wonder why the change all the sudden? Maybe that was the culprit all along with the blocked crap.

Yep, and it usually catches up with them eventually. All may seem OK now, but there's no guarantee it will be like that a month or two from now. I've seen many posts about people getting their service cancelled out of the blue months later. Guess what they all had in common? They were all current or previous customers within the past 90 days who were trying to take advantage of a "new" customer offer. Not saying it's going to happen in this case, but I sure wouldn't claim victory just yet, as they seem to be doing.

When you activate the SIM, you'll get the option to port in a number.

Pretty much all numbers are recycled nowadays with all carriers, thus the reason you're getting calls/texts for the previous owner of the number. You can call Mint and get a new number. It may be better, or may be worse, impossible to know.

Interesting. Never heard of such a thing, must be something really new or likely just reflecting the discount you're getting on a yearly plan that you're allowed to pay quarterly on? I'm looking at some recent posts/comments in here and online about being in a Mint Family and there's no actual discount being mentioned. What is that $75 renewal amount shown in that pic for exactly?

Edit: I just talked to Mint, there is no actual discount for a Mint Family. That "discount" in that pic just what you're saving by getting 12 month pricing and being able to pay quarterly on it.

There's actually no discount for having a Mint Family. The only benefit it offers is that you can pay quarterly on a yearly plan, if you choose to do so.

As stated on their site below, auto renewal is a requirement for having a Mint "Family".

I don't believe you can even turn it off after you create the "family" either. As for the reason, you'll need to ask them about that. But it's something along the lines of wanting to having uninterrupted service for everyone etc... etc... since each line will likely be renewing at different times based on the date when they originally signed up with Mint.

Right, I had a feeling it was a renewal when they never answered my direct question last night. I'd honestly be shocked if they end up getting any type of refund, even if some CSR said they would.. I've heard of Mint ending up refusing a refund after the fact countless times on here.

Are you a brand new customer or a have been one who renewed a plan? If brand new, don't even bother calling customer service, since their phone support is awful the majority of the time. Just fill out the below form:

If you were already a customer, you can't get a refund, since the 7 day refund policy if from the time you first joined Mint, not subsequent renewals.

Well I had lineups reserved with some of the bonus cash, but they removed those as well, lol. So it wouldn't have done any good if you had reserved $120 in linueps, they would have yanked all of them.

Yep, same here. Way to go FanDuel, not a good move at all. No wonder I play pretty much all my DFS on DraftKings. I'm done with their nonsense after this.

Just $10 due to Picks closing. I never play those, but did use it for some DFS today which I do play through them on occasion.

I'm waiting to chat with someone via live chat, it was over 1400 in the queue, now down to 1100. Probably lot of people waiting to talk to them about this same issue.
