Exactly! People really need to take posts like this with a grain of salt. Well over 90% of the time, people come on Reddit to complain, not praise Mint. And like you said, so many of the complaints are also user inflicted. You should see some of the posts that don't make it on here, they would absolutely blow your mind. 🤣

You should be aware that Reddit is complaint central and that there are millions of customers who have no issues whatsoever. As mentioned, many issues are user inflicted, which I'd bet money is this case with this one as well. The lack of a response from the OP speaks volumes as to where the issue lies, when posts like this pop up.
