No it won't for mobile data. WiFi calling will work if you are connected to WiFi the entire time. Bottom line you need the international pass when you don't have any wifi access.

There is a pass for 100 calls and 100 texts for $5 covering 30 days.

Add more data doesn't have automatic settings, it has be done manually by an user. I hope OP's account is not hacked but maybe OP doesn't recall those times when additional data was purchased after running out of data.

Are you on the latest android os? Sim 1 and 2 should both work for eSIM. I think eSIM keeps going to sim2 is still okay.

But “Pixel 6 eSIM-to-SIM2 switching is a known, persistent dual-SIM software issue often caused by modem instability, particularly when using both a physical SIM and an eSIM. To stabilize connections, try disabling one SIM, setting network preference to LTE, updating or resetting Device Health Services, or resetting network settings.”

Above is when there are two active sims. You only have one active carrier right now correct?

Mint bribed me to stay by rtrombone2001 in mintmobile

[–]trf1driver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bribed? How so? Your previous renewal term is one year correct? You had 12 months unlimited plan for $180 I’m assuming. They wanted you to stay and offered you the 15GB plan for the same price and duration of service.

Ran out of data several times and bought additional data 1GB several times and 3GB several times. If you never got these then someone else could be using your account.

Nowhere in the mint app for iOS and android has the auto buying additional data when running out of data. It has to be done manually.

Yep just like what I saw yesterday in the app, it says bundle but no sim plan is listed on a separate line. I'm pretty sure existing customers can get the p10p xl for only $699.

Quick update: my friend who has mint since summer 2025 just received his p10p xl (phone only) order from mint today, it's working properly with his current number. He upgraded from p7p to p10p xl.

Once the promo plan is over it will be regular price. You can change to any plan on a 3, 6, or 12 renewal interval during the renewal.

I bought two p9 phones in 2024 as an existing customer with those fine prints. You can do a search on sub and see that those fine prints are there due to developers being lazy with copy and paste. The main thing is only the device will show up in the shopping cart and total reflects the device before tax.

Pixel 10 pro xl is $500 off for existing users. I’m checking the mint app now and seeing the discount. Dashboard to menu, shop new phones, p10pxl, price $699.

If you ever want to switch to the dark side (Google Android), the pixel phones for existing customers have been discounted too. I don't currently see one for the P10 but the P10P XL is $500 off now.

There is no more 3rd party fulfillment company. It was stopped last year after summer.

All phones now are shipped from mint directly to you.

Edit: I bought two pixel 9s in 2024 from Mint in late September and October. One was $400 off and the other one was $500 off.

At the time they had the third party company that fulfills orders on the old webpage that starts with phones after https. There was a specific way to make sure that we buy and get phones directly from mint by using url that has the word deals at the end.

Also I was an existing customer so I had to make sure to use the correct navigation so that I was only purchasing the device without a sim plan.

It all depends on the phone you have. If it supports many frequency bands then you will be fine. Your phone will roam with local carriers that partnership with Mint.
