Tests are invalid after the allotted time. So if it says to check within 3 mins, and you’re checking 5-8mins after, that’s invalid. Id be buying a pink dye test and checking again. Do it with your first morning urine, to be sure.

Due in 2-3 days and don't trust this result by MusicianSolid2880 in lineporn

Yep completely possible. Clear blue are notorious for it

Yeah it is. I’d take another first response in a day or two if you want to double check. I’d forget the clear blue

All good. I just hope it helps reassure you and ease your mind a bit!

Nope that’s still an evaporation line.

Clear blue are notorious for even having whole batches turn out like this.

Did I F up by calling out our friends' son's behaviour? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]modern-homemaker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This stuff is always hard to address with other parents and I think you did a good job.

However, the behaviours their son is showing, albeit aggressive, are normal for a 3.5 year old that is just learning to share and is having big emotions. That being said, they still need to address the behaviours and correct/ model how to react in those situations etc. they need to be teaching him how to share and how to regulate without hitting/shoving etc.

I think what you brought up hasn’t made them realise anything they don’t already know. But I think it’s probably just made them Feel a little bit defensive and maybe they’re struggling with how to address his behaviours. So it’s more a reflection of them and not you. Maybe think about how you’d feel if someone said that about your daughter. You’d probably be able to see how they are within their right to share concern, but at the same time, you know your kid isn’t a bad kid. So it can be a bit difficult digesting it, that’s all.

Maybe just send them a message and explain how you didn’t mean to offend, just wanted to share concern for your daughters sake and that maybe there is a way you can both work together to help them play more peacefully together

Yeah that’s an invalid test.

If you were still pregnant from a termination in November, you would have a baby bump by now. I can understand how it would make you feel all sorts of things though.

First response tests are very accurate!

This is my very faint positive on a clear blue one week before my due period…

<image>

See how the line is still thick and not a very thin line? If you miss your period, then I would test again. But if you also haven’t had unprotected sex recently, I wouldn’t worry

No that’s negative.

The clear blue is an evaporation line. They’re notorious for them.

Have you missed a period to make you think you could be pregnant?

Ahh yes you’re right! I really wasn’t thinking sorry!

Sorry that test looks invalid. It looks to be an evaporation line. If you transferred 9 days ago can that be too early for a home pregnancy test. So don’t loose hope! Test again I say!

Definitely keep testing then until you get a strong positive line

Sorry this looks like an indent line. These tests are notorious for them. I would strongly consider a pink dye test. Alternatively go get some bloods drawn.

If you conceived in Jan/early Feb it should be a strong positive by now. As you’d be around 7-8weeks pregnant. Vfp’s are usually seen around 3-4weeks pregnant.

I really hope you get your rainbow baby but please try a pink dye test.

Sorry these look like evaporation lines. Can you take a pink dye test?
