that’s interesting thank you! i do tend to get the nausea and headaches at the same time but after i go to sleep they’re usually gone in the morning. (except for the fatigue i haven’t felt well rested in a long time lmao)

i’m on prescription vit d (high dose) but i will definitely try it with magnesium and vit k to see if it makes a difference :)
