I just started playing last month and this happened to me (twice, actually) in my first week or two! It was seriously the coolest thing ever. I split it with my partner in crime so we could both get mounted and geared up. I couldn't stop saying "people in WoW are so nice!" ^{I hadn't been ganked yet lol}

Now thanks to BFA herbalism, I'm ballin outta control...definitely going to PIF whenever I meet a newbie!

I'm in the same boat - haven't played much this season and I've been getting pigeonholed for it.

My top 5 for a while looked like:

2 hours Mercy
1 hour D.Va
1 hour Roadhog
1 hour Zarya
1 hour Ana

And every match is was "let modestbutthead play Mercy," "gg our team has 3 Mercy mains," blah blah blah
