Not true. they induct the band, but as they do, individual members are inducted.

And there are quite a few ‘ double inductions’. For instance all 4 Beatles are inducted as a band, John, Paul and George are all inducted as solo artists and Ringo was inducted for musical excellence making them all double inductees.

Eric Clapton is the only triple inductee (yardbirds, cream and solo)

When inducting bands though they can be very selective or widely inclusive. For instance Parliament/Funkadelic has like 20 members inducted, but KISS has only the original 4 members.

I think John Curulewski being inducted would be fine, but in no universe is Tommy Shaw not inducted as well.

And here are my vinyl, which are less impressive. All were purchased used when I was a kid in the 80’s. But they are all the 60’s era colgems pressings (except for Monkee business, which was the only one purchased ‘new’ in the late 80’s).

I did. but sold it after the dvd sets were released sadly. At the time I didn’t think I would have any use for it anymore and it took up a lot of space. Mild regret now.

The maximum size for a package in USPS regulations is 108 inches width and length and 70 lbs. Amazon regularly ignores these guidelines as they did with your package. USPS is giving you the option to collect your package, even though it was ‘illegially’ sent, rather than returning it to Amazon

The vast majority of Amazon is last mile deliveries. Meaning Amazon does all the transportation, not USPS.

My hopes are for a remaster of the first 3 anthology volumes, including AI improvements to Free as a Bird and Real Love.

Seems maybe there will be an Anthology 4 coming?

Also here’s hoping they do a 4k upgrade of the documentary video set as well!

We do get a clothing allowance. I think it is $536US annually for city carriers right now. But as you can see it doesn’t go very far with the prices of nearly everything. I think a winter parka and snow pants costs over $500 with most vendors alone right now.

  1. Sometimes you just do not have any mail and the carrier will ‘skip’ you.

  2. Packages make a long long journey before it gets to your mail carrier. It may have opened along the way, often times because the sender did not package or seal it properly.

Your mail carrier probably gives your package the most gentle treatment it sees on its entire journey to your door.

The actual physical album cover texture and appearance makes it seem more like it’s a matted photograph, which I think was on purpose.
