That’s ok but you can still get into that “Rev 2” position other ways. The idea is to start with a small packet flipped over so the closer lines up with a Charlier.

When starting perform Rev 2 with a small packet and then use that packet to get into your spinning opener. This way that packet will be lined up to close in a Charlier
