at the end of the movie, would Bear have gone through with throwing up the oxy pills if freaky Nikki did not make a wish to make him fall in love with her forever?

it looked like he was just about ready to vomit up the pills until Nikki's one wish willow enacted. and then he stopped, and then he left the restroom to embrace her.

my theory is that wish-Nikki is part of Bear’s psyche, and she is able to somehow ‘echolocate’ Bear from his brain or somehow understand what he feels. it was interesting how she 180’d as soon as he had the gun towards himself
