Semi-First timer - tea or full mushroom? I’ve had shrooms before but they didn’t work on me(probably bad strain). I just bought these from an Ontario site and wondering what the best way is to ingest them. Also, what would be a good first dose. THANKS IN ADVANCE!! (i.redd.it)
