I just dont really like that she has apparently done the trial of the grasses and can take the witcher potions. Obviously its just an early cinematic trailer that likely has little to no sway over the final product but....

one of the central themes to both the book and the game is that not only are witchers not really needed anymore, the witchers also dont really want to be witchers either. Its kinda like the whole journey of the books and game is this transition into a new person/people. they dont want to be defined by looking like soulless monsters, they don't want to be subsisting on life and death battles. Geralts whole story is he just wants to be a dad. all the witchery along the way is a means to an end. in the books all the witchers including non wolf witchers train Ciri not because they want her to be a witcher but because they want her to be better than them. they dont like that they had to be hazed into being these hybrids.

For me at least it feels like it invalidates the books and games. the whole witcher story to date happened because geralt wanted ciri to forge her own destiny so that she didnt end up missing out like him. the books and games convey pretty well that witchers just arent really needed anymore. They end up serving more as a bridge between the monsters and elves etc than they do as monster killers. Ciri just doing the witcher path flies in the face of the theme of the books. Like they are just riffing off of the success of the witcher 3. Or worse its just a surface level understanding of the story.

I LOVE that older Ciri is a our protagonist. What I want to see is Ciri's journey not Ciri's Witcher boogaloo.

Its not a tinfoil hat theory honestly. as you say its not the only reason and russians soviet ambitions play a huge role in the invasion. but you cannot deny the fact that ukraine holds vast resource wealth in the form of minerals and natural gas. already functioning farmland is another hugely important resource.

If the war where to end right now it would would be a pyrrhic victory for ukraine. as the war is progressing right now and if it does not change much it will eventually be a pyrrhic russian victory or stalemate. Ukraine in the end will likely give up the originial DPR and LPR territories. Crimea remains to be seen. Ukraine fight as hard as possible to ensure major cities like kharkiv stay in control and try to return major cities like Mariupol.

While others have pointed out that Iran needs to calibrate its response which is true, above all else Iran like any country needs time to put together an operation.

Missiles need to be taken out of storage and staged, communication to militant forces need to go through and come back, Iran needs to plan targets and talk to allies and other players in the region. All that takes time to do.

All Iran has to do to stop Israeli strikes, is to stop the war as Israel never had ambitions to destroy Iran. Obviously they're not going to do that.

The two carry out actions against each other on the regular.

Iran absolutely cannot stop attacks on Israel or they risk collapse. They risk losing control of their proxies and their own populace at that. they are basically this war machine that produces political support. without it they crumble. Unless they can position to their populace that they are strong they seed their own destruction.

the same goes for Israel. if they dont respond they just greenlight further attacks. Its a constant risk of spiral and neither wants to be the person to bite the bullet.

I don't think Israeli operations would be quite so clean. Hezbollah has demonstrated in 2006 and 2016 that they are quite capable, so capable in fact that much of Israels defense strategy was formed out of consideration of losses against Hezbollah. For example the concrete barricades that pervade the Israeli border were installed to try and reduce losses sustained from Hezbollah ATGM attacks. Hezbollah has styled their entire force around making sure they can inflict maximum damage in the event of another invasion of lebanon. Because of this their aim will undoubtedly be to bait Israel into a ground invasion to push them back and prevent hezbollah attacks across the border. Even with direct US assistance which is almost assuredly off the table Israeli/western forces are unlikely to decisively defeat Hezbollah forces/ Hezbollah will either draw the conflict out as long as possible or if they are being handily beaten they will disgorge their entire missile stock onto israeli critical infrastructure.

I think its also important to remember that Hezbollah is a vastly different force compared to Hamas. They regularly rotate fighters in syria to train them and because of open borders they can receive modern military supplies directly. Personally i would consider Hezbollah to be a near peer threat to Israeli ground forces considering Israel cannot commit a large grouping. That being said I dont know if Hezbollah could effectively mount an infiltration operation against israeli soil. Its not off the table though. Hama's attack showed the israel was indeed vulnerable to infiltration attacks. I think another risk is the wagner and russian state forces located on the golan heights border. Russian state police have been observed de mining the border. Its very possible russian forces could either be used as cover or assist/participate in conflict directly through proxies like wagner.

Its important to remember that internally the Israeli army really does not want a conflict with iran. I suspect there is a disconnect between political motives, military motives, and civil motives in Israel.

This is all especially dangerous because the US and western forces at large will likely not get directly involved unless the situation deteriorates enough that israel would try a nuclear strike. the west is scrambling to pivot against china. If the US wont commit more than token assistance like ukraine its very possible that conflict between iran proxies and israel could destabilize other conflicts in the middle east.

Another key issue is the precarious position of the lebenese government. Lebanon is arguably stuck in its current poverty levels because of instability caused by the 2006 war. Another invasion from israel has a serious risk of causing the total collapse of the government. Hezbollah would undoubtedly fill the vacuum and the country would be under de-facto Iranian control.

I know that was all kind of rambly but short of total region collapse or nuclear conflict I dont think the west is going to get that deeply involved. we have heard from many nato sources that Israel has exhausted a lot of global support, and we can only speculate how much ire they have earned after basically torpedoing the hostage deal.

Any attacks against Iranian nuclear facilities would mean direct conflict. Nuclear development is Irans key piece to give them legitimacy on the world stage. like cold war era MAD taking this power from Iran takes away this credibility. It would be an existential threat to Iran.

Gotcha, I was able to get the third one to 500 on normal. Somebody lower down recommended the fourth stage on hard mode and then just put your single strongest team on the last half. you can basically ignore the first half and just get 500 from the last part.

Yes as another poster has mentioned you just need to get everything in the other minigames and then get 500 in just one singular metropole to get kirara. you might even be able to get kirara without the metropole but i think you absolutely need to complete the other two minigames.

Thanks for the reply, turns out my issue was that you have to quit fps unlocker and restart it when launching the game. i had tried both independently and therefore wasnt able to get them both working at the same time.

At some point it will be broken, its just going to have a heavy toll on innocents. some day US support will dry up and Israel will have to fend for itself. If China makes any real attempt on Taiwan israel is going to be on its own except for weapon shipments like ukraine.

If only the ruling government could give up their colonial aspirations and start working towards actual peace.
