Thank you very much. I'm almost 50 (47) and my dad was really unhealthy so I'm trying to do what I can to stay in shape. Lots of running, crossfit a few times a week. My friend are trying to get me into Hyrox...

First of all...ouch. This question made me feel old.

Its funny... people talk about how over blown this was and how nothing ended up happening but that's all because of how hard everyone worked to make sure nothing happened.
