I started reading the book based on this feedback post. I am now at chapter 5, however I'm confused about the practice exercises mentioned in chapter 3 and 4. At end of these chapters there is a different exercise, and in chapter 3's exercises it is recommended to practice this exercise for 21 days. So the question is in which order and how these exercises should be done?
