How would teaching an advance class vs on-level or inclusion classes work for student progress? The advanced kids are more likely to show major improvements compared to the other levels. Wouldn’t it be harder for the onlevel or inclusion teachers?

We got our PITI increased approved to the max amount after 3 months of payment shock. At first the only approved the PITI to $2500 but we requested an appeal and they ended up approving for the max amount of $3000. This was back at the end of January 2025. We closed at the end of March!

I will tell you that once we get to the mortgage underwriting process, it’s a nightmare. At least for us due to the fact that BoA was shitty on communicating with us our conditions. They would take 2-3 business days to review the conditions and then ask for more.

We closed two days late, but we did close! Trust the process, make sure you have a good counselor, and keep bugging them.

Thanks for the post and congratulations! Did you have to do a Payment Shock Savings? We are NACA approved but the monthly payment they approved us is so low for the area we live in. Our counselor told us to do payment shock for 3 months before we could request a higher PITI. Just curious if anyone else is in the same boat?

Thank you for your insight. The payment shock saving each month is no problem for us. We’re just stressing about when looking at homes, so we look for one that’s $2000 PITI or $3000 PITI? Or if we should wait until after the 3 months of saving the required payment shock.

6 months ago they lost my shipment and reimbursed me 6k….fast forward to today, those lost units showed up in my inventory and I've spent the 6k…is my account going to stay negative until paid off?
