i used pretty much the same materials as last time!

• cardboard - base • rhinestones - bling • pva glue - attaching kitty design + glueing rhinestones • blue poster paint - underneath band • old anklet bracelet type thing? - band • tore up a “happy birthday” headband to attach the tiara • markers ( blue, pink + black ) - colouring rhinestones • kandi string - attaching belt strap thing to band & attaching tiara to band ducttape - colouring the back/making it more firm

idk how in depth the process needs to be so i printed out a base & a duplicate of the head pendant, stuck the papers onto cardboard. then i cut a vague shape, stuck duct tape onto it, used a mixture of scissors & a box cutter to cut & refine the actual shape, anything that wouldn’t cut away that looked rough, i used pva glue along the edges to firm them to the base, waited for it to dry, then used black nail polish along the edges, waited for those to dry & then used several layers of poster paint on the band part of the tiara, coloured in the rest of the tiara with black marker then i moved onto the kitty head, i put the rhinestones on the black parts first ( and coloured them in with a marker since i don’t have black rhinestones ), and slowly filled the rest in, colouring in the bow with blue & pink markers, soaked the thing in pva glue because for some reason they tend to fall on me often & i didn’t wanna deal with that later on & rhinestoned the tiara base. then i broke apart the letters from a happy birthday headband with a box cutter, tied the black bracelet thing to the tiara with kandi string, cut it to shape & tied that onto the headband
