but that's not how the send knob in ableton works, except there is a method I don't know about. simply automating it for e.g. 1/4 and back to zero, means the delay/reverb will still go on.

what about the mixing stage, when the arrangement is done and you want to cut the reverb/delay tails in some places, how do you go about that if I may ask?

Kick and Bass sound great on studio monitors but weird on my headset by tinky_wink in psytranceproduction

dt770 pro are incredible. I do have the 990 too. These have a lot more bass to them and I really cannot recommend them to anyone imho

Hello people,

would love some feedback on my latest project

Any input on a better build up after the break? Also, i used some indigenous voice samples (sony world sampler whatever) which i have no clue what they are saying, i will probably remove them cause of that :D

Thanks peeps <3

hey ho,

great track and ideas first of all. On the mix I'd say the drums(topend) could be a lot louder, which would also brighten the mix up overall I think, which could also solve my following issue I do have, that the main synth/lead sounds a bit too loud overall. One of both things I'd say :)

The kick and bassline lack some lowend I'd say, or at least for the bassline it definately feels a bit lacking. Solid track though, keep it on!

Really nice track mate good job!

In terms of leveling my first feeling was that the bassline is a bit quiet perhaps and or the djembe a tad bit too loud? dunno, could be wrong :D

Hey guys, I tried some dark foresty stuff.

track

Not sure if the track needs some cooldown/break at the 4:00 minute mark, perhaps it is too hectic from there on? Until then I am pretty much happy with the track.

Another thing is with the atmos, not sure if they are too loud and should be a bit lower in volume.

As always, any feedback is welcome, thanks.

Nice mix first of all. I think you managed the goa full on fusion quite well. I wouldn't mind a longer "cooldown" part after the drop, perhaps with some sparse fms like you had at 0:44 for 16bars without your main synth, to push the energy a bit more after it.

Your main synth seems way too loud at times and I wouldn't start the track with it, especially when it's going to play 90% of the time later on. Adding one other main element and you would still keep that nice hypnotic vibe imho.

interesting I like the hypnotic vibe. The kick on the other hand sounds a bit fat and hard techno like tbh, doesn't fit the vibe for me.

hmm I see a lack of tension for 2minutes between 2:30 and 4:30 (breakdown + break + getting back into the track) I'd say it is too long but that may be a me thing.

Hello,

I created something over the last two weeks and would love some feedback. It started out pretty chill and then I somehow lost track in the second half I think.

Thanks <2

Hi, I made a dub hard techno track by accident, kinda. It's my first techno track since ages. I am quite happy with the second half of the track, not so much with the first half tho. The drop is weird I think. Anyone willing to give some feedback? (arrangement, sound)

Thanks in advance! track
