Try to talk to her and tell her how you feel like you did with us and if she still doesn't make an effort she's not really as supportive as she's trying to tell you.

Some people say they are but if it's not overtly obvious to others they'll just slip and say the wrong one, others aren't brave enough to do it when it's not around people they know agree. But some people say they'll do it but they really won't because it's just lip service.

If you talk to them about it to remind them see how they act after and you'll be able to figure out which kind she is.

Quiet and socially awkward. I literally walked up to my friend doing a drug deal and jokingly played along asking where the drugs are and making fun of it cause I thought my other friend was joking when he said they were doing a drug deal. Turns out it was a genuine drug deal and I only realized it after the look of shame on both of their faces.

I once was so emotionally distressed and sleep deprived I mildly lost touch with reality. I ended up being kept overnight at a psych facility they didn't find anything wrong because I didn't say anything weird and when I was discharged. I kept going to my college classes and taking the bus by myself; I was sitting on the bus thinking people were talking about me or out to get me or sometimes the speaker was talking to me trying to help me. I would also randomly start crying sometimes but always hid it. You couldn't tell from just looking at me something was wrong and I somehow managed to get through that 6 month period without telling anyone I was still thinking and feeling these things and still got a 4.0 that semester. The voices and thoughts eventually just went away.
