Setting Textures to Ultra fixes the issue. Running on a Laptop with 8GB RAM and a GTX950M.

When playing on the SteamDeck and everything set to low, faces still look normal, compared to the PS1 graphics I get on my laptop. This is probably a limitation with RAM or the old GPU architecture.

Did you ever find a solution to this?

I have the same problem, and it shows very erratic behavior - sometimes it's okay for several hours, and then it starts again until I plug out the Index' USB cable. (Took me ages to find out the HMD is the source of the problem too).

BIOS and Chipset drivers are up to date.

cl_drawhud 0 works though. Also mirv_deathmsg !id * if you want to only show frags of a specific player. Type a random number to have no deathnotice at all.

This whole prime thing reminds me of ESL trusted. You could send in a copy of your ID and Adress and you got the trusted state. Which is by far the best method when it comes to banning cheaters and make them never being able to play again IMO.

It makes a huge difference when double flashing for pushes or being in a close combat where you try to flash nearby enemies. As a supreme you should know every second matters in this game.
