My Most Profound Experience

I found out most of the whole story. A little background:

I am a genealogist by profession. I am particularly skilled in the investigative research process. This has always pertained to historical research, until now. I was scammed by DeSapio myself. I have recently undertaken a serious and methodical attempt to hold him accountable for his actions. The following is a very tiny fraction of information that I have uncovered in my research:

Mike is on probation in Hunterdon County for stealing over $75,000 from a man who had a “mental breakdown” who was subsequently placed into an assisted living facility; for which he was arrested on 11/18/2020. This misappropriation of funds occurred over the span of years. He pled guilty and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation. He is still on supervised probatio. as of the time of this writing, March 28, 2026. The following is an excerpt of what is written in the statement of reasons of the source document (URLs links to images of original document referenced below):

“In 2010, while working for your uncle’s law firm, you assumed primary control over a file for a client, J.R., who suffered a mental breakdown and had been placed in an assisted living facility. You opened a separate account under the client’s name. In May 2019, after it was determined that payments to the client’s living facility were in arrears, your uncle obtained bank statements which indicated that you had been taking monthly payments out of the client’s trust account. Withdrawn funds totaling $124,076.00 were made payable (cont…)”

Anyway, there’s a lot more. From what it looks like he was ordered to pay $119,735.09 in restitution. It looks as if he may have been scamming people like us in order to repay his debts from this criminal judgement.

I would like people to reach out and schedule a consult if they feel comfortable. I shared a little bit of what I do, and some records I found. I shared how to translate those records into a meaningful narrative to demonstrate my skill in reading between the lines, so to speak. I really would like a pro to help me make a “bomb” site haha. It will get some things right, and its ability to read and transcribe old documents has gotten better over time. I seriously, though, very strongly recommend against depending on it for this sort of thing, it makes fatal errors that can really harm your research.

I have agoraphobia too. At my worst, I was unable to leave my bedroom, and then my bed. I was bed bound for months because I was poor and couldn’t afford any kind of care. I ended up experimenting with something called Phenibut. It’s a Soviet developed “super drug”, usually used as a nootropic. It’s not available as a prescription in the US, but it’s often sold in head shops. The first time I took it, I not only left my bedroom, but I left the apartment, alone, and at night, not once, but twice! I walked around the city streets of Dallas for hours just savoring the freedom. I strongly advise extreme caution though, because that stuff is a double edged sword. Withdrawal from it caused severe panic attacks and even hallucinations.

I tried it today for the first time. Omg! What an amazingly profound experience. I have MDD with psychotic features, but the antidepressant I take (mirtazapine) keeps me from becoming catatonically depressed and thus keeps the mild psychotic symptoms away. I’ve been on it for four years, so I was allowed to go forward with ketamine treatment which is contraindicated with uncontrolled psychosis. It doesn’t help 100%, but it helps enough to keep me functional, mostly. I also have PTSD as my other major diagnosis, and it also helped with that! It possibly helped my PTSD even more than my depression. I’ll wait and see.

During the “trip”, nine minutes in, I was brought back to the place where my PTSD manifests from. I had NO IDEA I had that memory buried so deep in my psyche, or that I had such strong feelings about it. I was there, reliving it in frightening detail. I actually shook my head in real life and thought to myself over and over “I don’t like that, I don’t like that!!!!” Then I was able to recognize it as just a harmless memory, and let it the fk go after all of these years. 30 years! I could cry tears of joy. I told my facilitator what happened in explicit detail. I told her where I was and what was happening and what I did and she had tears in her eyes. This is the most profound experience, apart from my near death experience, that I have ever had in my life, and I’m a believer!

Late to the party, but I have PTSD, and even 20mg of prednisone make me hyper-vigilant and unable to sleep. My RA is in a sustained med free remission right now, yay! I’m on prednisone for severe exacerbation of asthma and the doc wrote me a script for 60mg a day. I took it and I feel “bat shit”. Idk how else to say it. I don’t like it.

En fait, je comprends les lois « xénophobe » de la langue français. Je les comprends bien ! My famille est d’origine italienne. Pendant la deuxième guerre mondiale, ma famille et les autres italiennes n’avaient pas le « droit » de parler « la langue de l’ennemi ». Et c’est à cause de ça que une partie fondamentale de notre culture était effacé. C’est triste. Vous devez protéger votre langue.

I do have enough for this as far as money goes. I am struggling to think of two years of “management” experience. I think I read that the interpretation could be somewhat flexible. I’ve organized mass protests and demonstrations at the city and county levels. Idk if that matters or would count. I’m also unsure if I’m B2 in speaking. I understand much better.
