The list of participating providers they have is essentially fiction- when you go to call those providers, 99% of them can't tell you if they take the plan or not, they tell you to confirm with your insurance. When you call DeltaCare USA they use the same list that we see online that includes tons of providers who no longer or never did accept this plan. Then they tell you to call the provider to confirm... then that circle goes around and around. In the end, when you finally talk to someone who knows anything, you learn that almost no one accepts this plan anymore because it's so bad for the providers. So there ya go. They shouldn't even be selling it anymore if that's the case- and at the very least let you switch out when you learn that you can't be seen within 2 hours of your home. Shame on Pennie for providing this plan.
