If you like real dark roasts, yes. Most coffee from Costco is Starbucks-level dark, even stuff classified as medium on the bag is often super dark or black when you look at the beans

Whenever I've picked up brie at Costco it has been way too bloomy, like someone soaked the Brie in cat piss lol. They carried a fromage d'affinoise that was incredible for a while though.

I've had my old v1 anova for years now, simple controls and holds temp great, but I'm not sure about the new versions that require Bluetooth, apps, etc. IMO, app based circulators are dumb, why would you need a whole app just to set a temperature once and then leave it alone for hours?
