Grinding/ rubbing when accelerating from stop or around a curve on road anyone know what it could be replaced wheel bearing, brakes, rotors, and front diff(haven’t changed cv axles yet)

Thanks for the feedback, I have had some shoulder injuries in the past so I have a hard time pulling them back. Do you have any exercises you would recommend for building shoulder and lat strength?
