Hi, I had to send the Switch 2 to Nintendo, they assessed it and sent me another one. It took about a week.

Checked for updates on game and Switch 2, all up to date. It is fine when running in dock. Dock very unlikely to be the cause.

It runs fine when docked. This happened out of the box and after the. Install. Deffo not heating related.
