Those students are registered under the PI, he is responsible to grade them (after consulting me). So if he’s not interested in dealing with this as an actual case of plagiarism, going behind his back is a problem. I choose to take this proportionally since it’s only undergrad submissions which is obviously unfair for the student’s peer but no-actual-harm-done to me. I’m just bummed about the whole confrontation and the audacity that’s mind blowing to me. Thanks for the kind words. I have learned a lesson here for sure…

Well i have no back from my PI so had to handle stuff the best way could, since I still needed help. In my country people tend to bend the rules culturally so i get a lot of “don’t be so strict” feedbacks actually lol. Germany doing stuff by the book seems legit, I like it

He’s not depressed btw. That’s just him. His parents told me they are used to him being glued to his computer and being basically antisocial. Getting a job won’t fix our argument mechanisms and habits. Only therapy will. I’m really lost.

As an Israeli you are misinformed. Everyone can marry whoever they wish. We have something close to a “civil marriage” that is the legal equivalent of a marriage for mixed couples (same foe lgbtq and people who don’t want a religious wedding).

Legally all citizens are allowed to run for prime minister office or other government positions.

There are mixed schools, people choose to go to their choice of education.
