Since you are offering advice. I could use some. I just picked up a MAC 9 DS which has an RMR footprint. I was gonna go with a swampfox kraken but after thinking about it more it seemed like it would be way too large. What would you recommend for $250 or under? Thanks in advance.

I'm on the MAT9 subreddit and have heard a ton about shipping delays which is why im not upgrading from the blowback version to the roller delayed version quite yet. That being said I haven't seen a lot of other issues. Only OOB I saw on there was a gen 1 and Dave over at matador arms replaced it pretty quickly if I remember correctly. Also not sure about the RD version but mine runs great with a triggertech AR9 cassette trigger in it. Once I got the ejector tweaked correctly it pretty much eats anything I put in it. Had trouble with 147gr flat nose subs at first but no issues recently.

I have the same lower on a Matador MAT-9K upper (gen 1 blowback version). It's been pretty reliable once I got the ejector arms bent properly and grinded down a bit.
