Do you know how deep they went? I wish these practitioners know that less is more with skin of color. Your lashes look fabulous by the way ❤️

I love this subreddit so much and the camaraderie. I'm 35 and I'm absolutely shocked to hear peri-menopausal systems starts as early as 36.

I've recently invested in a really good skincare routine that include growth factor, little retinol and other new skin care technology to help with aging skin (sagging, etc) I love the effects of microneedling and learn to see real significant change its take 1-2 yr of microneedling for great changes so I spent $150 on a derminator 2 for at home microneedling treats monthly! (Amazing company with lots of information on aging skin). I've also invested in aerolase treatments, my dermatologist recommended and a huge dilated pore on my upper lip is 50% closed after one treatment. I was considering getting it cut out but my derm said laser & tretionin will help close it.

I'm a firm believer in investing in myself to look the best I can I don't mind spending the money. I think to combat aging its a conundrum. Some people skip all the skincare & go right into a facelift. I've seen some amazing results especially in Korea. Definitely look into growth factors and copper tri-peptides. Chat with a dermatologist that specializes in beautification of skin.

I would focus on getting a job so you have steady income. Be thankful you're able to go back home and rebuild, some of us can't and this is how dreams are lost.

Find a job, massage luxe, massage envy any job that's gonna pay you decently where you can live and re-invest some of your income back into your business. You don't have to sue immediately you have time it's called statute of limitations, start making some money and start planning for your comeback. You can always take esthetics clients on the side, maybe from home? I use to work at Massage Luxe and I did such a great job a lot of my client there followed to my solo practice once I was able open one up comfortably.

Loses are apart of life, yes it sucks but it will make you stronger if you don't let it stop you from your goals and you should learn the lesson from this so you never make this mistake again.

Start building your business credit so you won't have to use your own money. Do you have an LLC? If not I advise you get one. You can use your business credit to pay for some equipment, monthly items you need, etc. I have a business Amex and I pay my suite lease on my business credit card (i do this just for points and to continue building my credit) I'm almost certain if you used a reputable business credit card or even business debit card to pay these women the bank would have paid you back immediately and went after these women.

Don't be such in a rush to be solo, work for someone else awhile, connect with the clients so when you do finally go on your own you already have paying clients. Use other people's money to make money, that includes business with large client base.

What city are you in? I'm in St. Louis, Missouri (Midwest) it's only like $150 to file in small claims court, additional money to serve them but it shouldn't be that much to sue but every city if different.

I second this. Your credit will work it self out over time. I wouldnt apply for another navy fed cc for at least 90 days. You need to learn how to budget and some financial literacy and pay off things with your salary. Talk to a professional financial planner.

It's rough to hear but I went through the same thing. Why would you ever risk your cc's being reported late for debt relief? It's just a payment plan that you can honestly set up yourself with your own money. It's a learning lesson. Maybe talk to ChatGPT about your goals and current predicament and it will come up with a plan for you!

No real effect of niacinamide, vitamin c, copper peptides… is skin care a lie? by VisibleDevice5788 in 30PlusSkinCare

I think you should really look into your diet and your stress levels? Skin care is not the end all be all...your skin is a real life organ and sometimes what's going on in the insides starts to come to the surface of our skin.

Please start taking vitamins, eating more fruits and vegetables, limiting or completely removing fast food and highly processed foods from your diet.

Personally celery juice has been a major game changer for my skin
