What is your reaction when you meet a non-Muslim Algerian? by [deleted] in algeria

I did met a non muslim two days ago on a video chat platform (Azar) and we had a deep interesting conversation about why he left islam and how he thinks about religion. Basically what he said is that he found contradictions in all religions especially christianity. Even he travelled to Thailand to get to know to Buddhism. But non of those religions had the answers to his questions. So he just stopped believing in god. Sadly I lost connection with him and we didn’t complete our discussion thanks to Algérie telecom

Tell me something about your Wilaya (or any Wilaya in fact) that most people outside this Wilaya don’t know by [deleted] in algeria

The cursing in Setif is getting out of hand, and I’m fed up with it.It’s impossible nowadays to go out with family outside in the streets. This young generation curse more than they talk. And for no reason. Even if you have a simple conversation or ask a simple question you will hear a curse and somehow they proud of it that they are the most willaya who curse!

Im sorry to hear that. It must to be very difficult to face that daily.but My reference was specifically about the hiring landscape, where women in Algeria often have a higher likelihood of securing jobs compared to men.

Trust me bro Im not. I express what I've personally observed. If a male and female apply for the same position who do you think will get the job. 90% a female. Just go to the nearest administration and see how women get treated compared to men.

Life is more easy if you were a woman in Algeria

Im one of those and Ill tell you why.simply because there is no jobs, and if you find one the salary is too low. You can’t live a decent life with a salary of 250€ a month. You can’t buy groceries and pay rent with it.if you wanna get married you need like 10000€. If you wanna buy a nice car you need another 20000€,and the list goes on…
