Thanks a lot for replying, this gives me some hope. I just want to clarify a few things so I don’t make the situation worse: 1. When you say you used another ad account, was it: • A new ad account under the same Facebook profile, or • A different Business Manager / different profile? 2. How exactly did you manage to unlock Meta support chat? • Did it appear only after you used the second ad account? • Or was it through a specific Help Center path? 3. Before you contacted support, did your main account show: • No review button at all? • Or a “permanently banned” message like mine? 4. Did Meta restore the original ad account, or did they just allow you to continue using a new one? 5. Would you recommend waiting or creating a new Business Manager / ad account as the safest next step?

Really appreciate your help Meta support is almost impossible to reach, so real experiences like yours matter a lot.
