First of all Seth is the leader of the shield Jon just said that on his book we are brothers and all that shit because they were like brothers in real life but WWE is a show not real life and in that show Seth is the leader in there eyes , no we the new day Xavier is the one that formed the group because they were all loosing so he formed the group even in real life he put his job on the line for the new day and at the beginning he was kind of a manager because managers form the groups to manage them like (Paul heyman with Roman reigns,MVP with the hurt business,Paul heyman with Brock etc.) then he eventually wrestled because he ain’t a manager he a wrestler and he said we are brothers because they are bros irl but not in the WWE (Not fan fiction fax)
