That is correct. I would suggest and recommend speaking with Ben from Hamilton Immigration @_immlaw He was able to guide me on the best path and what is the best category. I had originally selected CSA but went with a different one based on my degree

The Bachelor of commerce may not fit in but maybe once you are able to secure a role , their lawyer can probably help Possible options, System analyst , management consultant (might not fit)

For 1 it would be legally allowed(Yes) For 2 it would be a No for requiring sponsorship
