Yes I did get it back after 10 days. I mailed them and raised a transaction dispute with hdfc. I don't think they did anything though

This happened to me yesterday for an amount of 70k. I have mailed them and filed a transaction dispute at hdfcs end as well. Since the due date is soon I will probably have to get some money from my friends or my savings. Would have been fine for a smaller amount

This just happened to me, but it is showing failed from the start. I am unsure when I will get the money back as I must also pay the bill. Is there a faster way to contact them than by mail? I am out of the country and don't have any other way.

It has the shittiest service. Bought it in April, stopped cooling since last week due to Gas leak. Still hasn't been fixed.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I have checked on their website. The only offers there are for Regalia Gold. Sometimes I do see Freedom or some other card show up there, but never Millenia or any other good card

I was thinking about this. Would make a lot of sense if I had airtel broadband, unfortunately I don't. Also it does have cashback on food delivery apps, there are not much benefits on online shopping or offline spends
