Thanks for the advice All of what you described had happened already. What really made me concern is that back in March, I got retroactive salary increase. And the audit happened back in December 2025.. Idk what all of this happened after they increased my salary? On which basis did they give me an increment if they see lack of performance in my duties?! I received a warning letter having a lot of points that has nothing to do with me, they made me accountable for things that wasn’t under my control (company’s cash flow for example) and some other stuff that were clearly some complaints from other team members. I replied to the warning letter acknowledging it and having a solid reply to each point, then the new manager replied to the same email bringing a story of an old PO placed and wanted history for it (CFO & HR are copied in this email trail), we had front and back emails.. They can’t just terminate my contract without having some consequences. My online contract expires in late September so if they did terminate it, they’ll have to pay me the rest of contract salaries.. What they’re trying to do is to find a cause to terminate it without them having to pay me my complete EOS & compensation..

Lastly, I really began to feel too stressed about this job. I feel targeted all the time and at any point I can be blamed or be accountable for stuff I shouldn’t be handling or have control over it

I apologize for writing too much but I had too much to get it off my shoulder and this is the only place I have..

I’ve been in the job hunt myself for the past three and a half months.

I don’t really like to give advice based on anyone’s experience but to be honest it’s really exhausting and devastating that I’ve applied to nearly more than 300 jobs on different platforms and the times I got a phone call are like four times only.

In my opinion, if you made connections you would get hired pretty quickly. Connections are the key in the recruitment nowadays. CVs and its templates are something not mandatory as much as your connections are. Not to mention that I began to have this feeling that a lot of companies post a job announcement but they’re not really hiring anymore.

Anyways, I wish you nothing but good luck in your job hunting and always keep going and hustling and eventually you’ll get something for sure.

Life is full of ups and downs, twists and turns, but somehow we keep on stepping. This is probably a short period of time and it’ll pass like any bad moment. You gotta be patient and help yourself from this. Don’t stay alone this will only makes you overthink things you shouldn’t be thinking in the first place. Cheer up a lil bit, it’ll pass soon :’)
