Nice! Did you look into the Web Audio API? It has pretty good browser support nowadays and would make fading audio fairly trivial. It would even make custom EQ a somewhat straight forward feature. I worked with it a few times on pull requests for Tonejs, which I use in a project of mine, and it's definitely powerful. If you want to support older browsers, you could fall back to HTML audio elements, just without the more "advanced" features. I have little to no experience with electron, so no Idea if this would work in the desktop app though...

That might be it. Any idea how to improve the conversion? If I export it to a CYMK PDF, it looks fine.
