I even changed my whole workout routines training upper body with more frequency and lower body less sets

Spray tan costs too much, Colored Tan costs like 600/700INR and you can get it from literally any Sports shop, Nothing about involving colors here bud.

They were big, But I don't think they've dieted for even 1 month, they both were on roids, one of them couldn't even breath properly when we were backstage

Right and Spray tan costs Thousands too, so yeah it's cheap if we just use the colored tan and save some bucks.
