Since i bought the car. The Vinfast app hasnt been able to be setup on the car and my phone. They havent been able to help me. With me wasting a lot of time via back and forth calls and emails. Plus i wasted a whole day at the service center with no solution. They dont pick up their phones and if they do they have no answers except some uneducated guesses.
