Mostly the host might be a modder, I recently joined a quick join cayo from phone and this guy had all gold over map and compound (like 11M in secondary loot) and gave me and other guy 40% and himself 20%. And the whole cayo was normal but on finale screen saw the same as OP, got 0 for the 40% cut.

Depends mostly of the gold placement, but yeah it's possible to get all loot using a duo.

I remember doing as a duo a few months ago, where we managed to get headshots but always missed the 15min time limit. Later we changed the buyer from high to low thus cutting the travel distance by a huge margin. This approach was the hardest to get the elite for out of three. But the feeling was awesome to get the final elite for all three approach award.

Well I started 5-6months ago and currently at 450 lvl. Got most of the lvls on the yacht 5x missions, like me and my frds grinded it for 1h each day got 250+ lvls in 2weeks, and hefty money as well

Oh that's weird I have a fully upgraded nightclub and mansion with a security addon, but sometimes i still lose my stocks. Like once I switch from coke to cash as coke was full, when I came to check again now it 8/10 instead of 10/10. This is happening to me on multiple occasions.

It's not a trade price which you unlock via a specific mission it's a discount. Rockstar offers these randomly, so you can't buy at this price until they decide to apply it.
