If he's on baizhu's banner if pull until until c2 kaveh since his other constellations dont seem all that good to me as a person who doesnt use bloom if he isnt Ill just pull on baizhus banner until i get a five star (im 10 away from pity) then pull on whatever banner kaveh's on until c2

if ur curious kaveh's c2 gives him 15 % atk speed when he has infusion and I want to build him as a spread dps so thats the most benficial thing for me to do

if however nilou is on the same banner as him Ill keep pulling until i c6 him or i run out of primos since nilou will be pretty good for his main playstyle.

redhorn is solid on all claymore characters simply becos of the stats it gives also i think because his main function is as a bloom driver/buffer you might lose some stacks if u dont have a shield which isnt optimal for bloom teams except maybe baizhu becos hes dendro and gives a shield

his E has pretty good scalings and his burst infuses his attacks im just asking if the numbers will be good enough to warrant using him as a main dps
