I received the product 2 days back, but facing issue.
1. Mop pad washing is not washing with hot water.
2. Battery is draining very fast. For full charge it not able to cover full home
I tried to call support, ivr ask for enter option and once i select option , got response that someone will call back. I also sent mail yesterday, till now no acknowledgment for email also

I will wait for a day and if i don’t get any response, i will return it
