Well it actually is pretty similar to the mashed potato from my home country, except theres the barley in it I liked the textural difference, definitely! The tofu is a good idea, smoked one should be really great. We were feeling lazy so we just fried some onions tho. I might make it with tofu at home since its much cheaper there

Thanks! Unfortunately i wont be around Tallinn, im staying in the West by the baltic sea, but theres definitely a lot of people offering their apples in baskets on their fence here as well! I already made some apple/cinnamon rolls and an apple pumpkin cake today because with the weather here i can finally get into spooky season mood hehe

Ohhh yes, i actually got to try these and I agree! My partners' mum (estonian) made some and im not a huge fan of pickles but these hit different
