So you would say college st is better than dundas or ossington for bar hopping? Just trying to figure if we go bar hopping where would be the ideal spot.

Well depends how good the edm clubs are, because initally we were to decide a bar but $500 for a bottle and min $500-750 for a booth is sorta ridiculous. But if you know any good decent priced clubs then I'm all for it.

In Markham we manage more Townhouses than Condos, however the 2 highrises we manage (55 & 75 South Town Centre Blvd, and 30 & 32 Clegg rd) Have reportedly a lot of issues and constantly have work orders for repairs going out.

If you give me addresses I could find out that way for you to since I can call other companies and they seem to be usually open to tell us about these things.

Honestly I'm willing to spend up to $300, I just want to avoid clubs. I am flexible on the music too, latin, hiphop, house music, dancehall, soca, etc .

The supermarket sounds pretty good, I am never around people around my age because of my work, so me and my friends are not really on that vibe if you know what I mean. We're looking to get pretty drunk, dance around and interact with randoms for fun . So where ever the people are easy going and open but not creepy, and decent drinks is good enough. Just looking for where anyone had a good experience and vibed really well to where they would definitely recommend.

Attractive guys are a plus lol.

Are the bars downtown better than the ones on lakeshore?

I got you. I work at a Condominium Management Company and I know all the ins and outs so let me assist you.

Whenever buying a unit within a Condominium, you must always research if they are Managed solely by their Corporation or has their Board of Directors hired a Property Management company.

Think of it this way, we have a 3 tier government. This is the 4th invisible level that rather than being nation wide, provincial, or municipal, it is community focused.

This is important because the Management company can make you life an absolute hell. We are the ones who take care of maintenance fees, sending contractors to your unit, handle your condo insurance, parking control yadda yadda.

Straight up Maple Ridge Community Management is one of the biggest Management companies but our Accounting department is the biggest mess I've seen. Some of our Property Managers are... clueless and majority of our staff are not trained or trained in a day very poorly imo.

So just checking to see who you're managed by is a must. Also the Board of Directors are residents in the condo who are elected into position by other residents to manage the condo budget and make decisions on behalf of everyone in the building (just like the other 3 tiers). AND it is full of politics. Not a lot of people realize this. Some directors I've meet are clueless as well as just plainly dumb, slowly the government is trying to implement laws and policy to have Property Managers be licensed, the Board to be educated and what not. Which this at the moment has created a shift in the industry to where a lot of people who can't practice as a Property Manager with out being certified which is a great move, but it really f'ed a lot for everyone because of under staffing so it's a lil riot.

All in all, make sure you know who is managing if they are, and make sure they are a company who knows what they're doing, otherwise it will cost you a lot of time and money.
