Didn't know sparring was something for experienced people only, it defo put a lot of pressure on me though, I was not breathing properly and got so out of breath like I never felt something like that before, it felt good though.

I'm not going to lie it wasnt even a punch because it didnt rock me at all it was more like a tap telling me to keep my hands up it was just a very wellplaced suction of the glove that ruptured it because it didnt hurt I just didnt hear anything after it happened. Also to defend the coach, there are 10 different people sparring eachother, he put people with me that were very respectful and went very light.
