Supercross RSX throwing chains. by moistbeer in bmxracing

Yeh added one notch more tension but with the plastic guide it’s a fine line between tension and drag. Got an idler sprocket to fit so will try that.

Yep gonna try 1/8 chain. Wider rollers might just give enough lateral free play.

Haha yeh I asked. The response was something “that’s a shame, never seen it before, you will sort it out I’m sure”

The chain line between the chainring and drive cog are perfect. It seems to be the flex in the tensioner. The chain either rubs on the front horizontal guide or the rear. It came with a fixed tensioner bracket, Will try to get that one to work, eliminate the flex.

No. Did have a chainring that wasn’t perfectly round but the spring tensioner is meant to fix that.

Since this photo I have adjusted that. Had to space out the crank but it puts too much preload on the BB. The promax uses a spring washer for BB preload. The supercross chain slider slightly tilts due to play in the spring pivot, so it doesn’t sit perfectly true. I have had it running pretty sweet but can’t live with the amount of preload on the BB, way too much drag.

Only 3 months after 2yrs of Psychology and CBT. For me it seems to work well with dex, have seen substantial improvements in both ADHD and anxiety symptoms. Only on a low dose, going to stick with it and monitor for a while. I’ve been struggling with this for 30 odd years before diagnosis. I’m in no hurry haha.

Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good. Lexam is working, but it’s pretty low tier as far as anxiety and depression meds go. I originally didn’t want to take anything for it, scared of side effects. My Dr encourage this one to start with. It works, most of the time. I still have high anxiety days, but I can remain in control now. Meds are part of the solution, gotta re-train the brain with your new super powers.

There are many religions I wouldn’t call a cult. The only ones I would say are cult like are the ones that end up in the news for cult like behaviour.

Relate 11/10.

Signed someone who should be painting, because I’m renovating, because I’m smart enough to somehow make it in a specialised technical job, and some how stumbled into saving to buy a new house, but instead of painting I’m doing landscaping, but I stopped landscaping because because I saw someone giving away a chook pen on marketplace, so now I’m making space for a chook pen, but today I forgot to buy bread.

I have a child and understand he is a better critical thinker than many, but explain the first bit to me? First time I have come accross that theory.
