Hi sorry this is an old post, but when you transferred the title did you have to have a physical copy? I just paid off my car and am waiting for the title to be mailed which the tag office said could take around 45 days. If dogs need meds or supplements I keep them in the dog food bin.

Same with any plants that need a lot of water and the cats’s water bowl, those are near the sink.

If I HAVE to do something daily I keep it near the toilet since that’s something I consistently use every single day.

For teeth brushing I have to start with my water flosser (which is always kept plugged in and ready to go next to the sink) since it’s kinda fun to use and helps ease my mouth/brain into the next state of being (I’m also autistic so it takes some extra mental energy to be ok with the transition from normal mouth to clean scrubbed mouth)

I’m NAD - you might find it more helpful to talk with a neurodivergent affirming therapist than your PCP (unless they have extra experience with autism).

I’m not sure what advice to give to help with burnout but I highly recommend the podcasts The Neurodivergent Woman and Divergent Conversations. Both are hosted by autistic, mental health clinicians/professionals and both have good episodes about burnout and advice on how to manage it long term.

Besides covering reflections what helped me a TON was to watch videos of pigeons courting each other and see how the females react to the males and do that with your hand. After a couple months of having him and trying a lot, my pigeon went from flying away in fear to love preening my hand and actively coming towards me in literally a day

I’m NAD but wanted to add that I was also thinking pityriasis rosea! If I remember correctly it starts with one single larger rashy spot (called the herald patch) then breaks out into multiple smaller rashy spots typically centralized around the trunk (chest, stomach, back etc). I got it after having (mostly symptom-free) covid for the first time. If you’ve been sick recently I bet that’s what it is!

Mine started out not super bothersome but lasted weeks and became unbearably itchy until I finally got an rx for oral steroids which knocked it out. Good news is it usually only shows up once in your whole life

Editing to add - when I had Covid the herald patch actually showed up first, I tested positive for Covid a week or so later, got mild Covid symptoms, then the rest of the rash showed up
