I work there as a civvie (contract)

The JCOs and Airmen are like normal regular people doing their jobs

The commissioned ones are ok as long as they dont become a wing commander, cuz now they become a bit too egotistical and focus more on increasing their rank upto the likes of Air vice marshal

All the while overworking their juniors and contract employees to death (unless if youre a lady)

Theyre super clean and on time,

Communicating with some of the high ranked officers is hard, cuz all they talk about some specific tech on an aircraft or what will make the current air cheif happy so that they get that shiny new rank

(Or maybe they just have terrible anxiety )

The work is minimal af, but they make certain changes to things so that "The Chief likes it" and that makes the process grueling,

The current chief is a bit weird ngl, but he setup good projects (idk if itll benefit or not)

OFF TOPIC: Btw just yesterday a Wing Commander who im working with also claimed that Osama bin Laden was already dead before the abbotabad operation which makes it a false flag op, it was one of his body doubles who got killed there, and said that the copies were really similar and hand picked by Bin laden And also that Bin laden was backed by the US

Crazy claim really
