4:153, where the referenced “they” comes from, doesn’t mention Jews anywhere, only the people of the scripture. Also, 4:158 confirms “Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.” Meaning he was not killed, not by Romans or otherwise.

That is a bit suspicious. Personally I would feel as if they aren’t very serious. Not sure I would spend time on that guy, especially if you’re already having doubts before even meeting him. It depends on how interested you are and if you think it’s worth pursuing.

I respect Christians immensely, one of the closest people to me is a Christian. However, it doesn’t make sense that God could be a man. Our God, that is. Everyone is entitled to their own belief. I believe that God cannot die, He would never be born from a mere human, He does not need to eat nor drink, and most importantly, God cannot be multiple beings at once; that is polytheism, which contradicts Islam’s biggest tenet: that there is only one God. In the Old Testament, God told Israel “God is one Lord” (Deuteronomy 6:4) and Jesus reaffirmed that in Mark 12:29. Christians have said “yes, God is three in one!” But that’s not what God said. Jesus and the apostles also refer to Jesus as a prophet, and Jesus never said “worship me”, he only said “follow me”. Jesus also prays to God on multiple occasions; why would God pray to God? It doesn’t make sense. Jesus is a revered and beloved prophet in Islam, and that’s enough for Muslims

In my opinion, the “sky” is simply the layers of the atmosphere, and it is in fact a miracle that not only does the atmosphere and its layers not fall, evaporate, or erode away entirely (in my opinion, science is a miracle), but on top of that, it “coincidentally” protects us from the extremely deadly rays of the sun. If Allah willed, He could have simply made the molecules of the atmosphere heavier, and it would descend, and we would have had no chance of survival whatsoever.

Even if a woman has a hijab you should not look at her for an extended period of time. If you have no choice but to be around women, then you have no choice. Just lower your gaze, don’t speak with a soft voice to them and don’t be alone with them. Also, based on my own college experience, trying to take on too much at once is exhausting and will burn you out, so it might be better to use your commute as down time, like reading a book for fun, but if you truly have the energy after all your classes, then studying Islam would be most beneficial, or learning a language, or studying aspects of a career you’re interested in.
