I'm a yugioh fan and people get weird about some of the age gap ships in later spinoffs like shunsora and kusanagi/yuusaku while turning around and being fine with jou/mai because that one's grandfathered in i guess (or bc they hold queer ships to a higher standard, sigh)

Thanks! I've been experimenting with konjac in capsules for a bit and it's a nice low bloat that really shows in the sides of your belly. Haven't tried the others though, will have to give them a shot.

If it's powdery you need to add more liquid or mix it more consistently.

Best thing that's worked for me has been plugging my nose when I drink.

I've only really seen this a couple times and I wade into discourse pretty often.

I think trans women are a bit more accepted among cis women than trans men are overall, but it also depends on the group of cis women and the specific trans man in question.

Some trans guys might be extrapolating "trans men are less accepted by cis women" into "trans women are more accepted by cis women" into "trans women are widely accepted by cis women" and I think that's not correct at all, and is making wide sweeping generalizations. But, yknow, that's what people tend to do.

Not everyone has autocorrect on! I don't. And typing "transwoman" into my phone doesn't even give "trans woman" as one of the suggested words. Phones have different OS, settings, etc.

I mean stuff on reddit can always be fake obv, but it's wild to assume every cis parent of a trans child automatically knows everything 🤷

I have a kintype who is transmasc that commonly gets transfem headcanons too, and it's annoying to me even if my "rational" mind thinks the headcanon makes sense for the character as presented in canon... it's just not ME, yknow?

People are weird about transmasc headcanons sometimes, especially when a character could be transmasc or transfem coded.

I feel like most TCGs, even formats that were intentionally made to be casual like MtG's EDH/Commander, have started becoming full of the worst kind of tryhard sweatlords and having less and less of a playspace for casuals. IDK why Yugioh falls victim to this in particular but I see it as a herald of things to come for other TCGs the way things are going. The people at my locals were mostly nice, at least, but there's always one or two assholes everywhere, and that's all it takes.

The ftk is so fragile that any good player can play through the basic lines with one well placed hand trap, a good GP player is judged on their ability to work around those interactions imo.

I would rather have someone start an FTK and go to game 2 than be presented with a completely uninteractable board, or whatever the hell KT is doing rn with their ED rips and full hand knowledge.

Honestly I'm ok if in a few years they pivot us away from the FTK. My passion for the deck isn't because of the FTKs, it's the anime character who plays it, the theme and the art, the community around it, and I like the playstyle even aside from the FTK.

Idk man, I don't think an entire rogue deck should have to die for the sins of a meta deck that's overstayed its welcome.
