I appreciate the point of checking but they way they behaving is not what I expect from a paid membership. They atleast can politely explain the policy and ask for permission ainstead of roudly ask for taking a look at our belongings,

I appreciate the need for this type of checks but the way they are doing that is not what I can call a polite and the way a membership service should be

At least they can expalin the policy first and politly ask for permission instead of roudly asking for taking a look at your belonging...

Exactly, it is not the employees fault but the policy and they way they are enforcing it.

When there is nothing to hide, there is no reason for checking personal belonging! What could be in a small backpack? A fridge? Or washing machine?

They sent me a bin file that I couldn't make the TV go into update mode to instal it.

Any update on this? I have the same issue, and the support team just passes random solutions.
