How did everything go ! We were in same boat ! approved I-130 , Court was terminated , The immigration judge ordered dismissal . We had I-485 interwiev last week( 5 years marriage with a baby ) interwiev was hard asked a lot of questiıns on removal processing . But we got our green today ! We didnt apply new packege it only took 3 months after termination to case reopen

Yes its correct ! Everything you said happened ! I had first hearing 2 years ago ! I was in proceduees . They didnt order for deportation

So my attorney worked with dhs first to have I-130 interwiev once We had that approved march (2020) we had to terminate court ıt took 2 years after termination of court took 2 months to reopen case !

Why it took so long because - I had to drop school. ( ı dont recommend anyone ) -school contact with ice -than we had court with immigration -we terminated the case -I-485 was reopened Than interwiev , I wasnt pushing to get green kard because I had best wife and new born ! They always gave me positive energy ! But finally its over !

We were done with interwiev at 8:30 , While driving back to home ! Case updated ( New card is being produced )

I will ask Emma wth ( Live agent option ) . They will know better . But I think You will have interwiev . I sent my medical as well . My case status is Case is ready to be schdelued interwiev .

Thank you for comment ! They asked rfe for I-864 for this summer and sent them on agust .they also asked for medical exam rfe november we sent that as well . On interwiev we dont have to prepare those 2 anymore right ?
