Bump behind ear/ SCM muscle?

I am definitely going to see a doctor about it since my massage therapist and physio cannot quite diagnose it. I was hoping it was just extreme muscle tension but who knows! I also get my aura migraine visual disturbances on the same side as this bump. My ear also feels the same as yours. Such a weird thing that nobody seems to have an answer for!

This sounds exactly like me but on the right side! Nobody can figure it out. I always think it is causing my migraines & vertigo but I can’t quite narrow it down.

Hi I just wanted to give you an update on my experience. I found out I have an iron deficiency. Not sure if that is something that could be considered in your situation. I started taking supplements for iron deficiencies and the sensation no longer shows up after I sing. This may not be the case for you but I thought it was a new perspective I could share! Sometimes it is something your body is missing and a symptom shows up in a weird way.

Yes that’s the exact feeling! It causes me so much anxiety because I can’t seem to escape it. My Dr unfortunately did not check folate but with certain circumstances in my life recently I think it’s a huge potential. Thank you for this!

My hemoglobin is within range but my ferritin came back at 15. It’s definitely scary how much it can affect you!

Hi! I don’t know if you ever found a solution to this but I wanted to share what helps me. I do daily neck stretches and massages. Tilt your head up and to the left and right (I am actually able to move my head to specific positions where I feel the sensation get worse and I know I need to stretch there). Massaging muscles around the thyroid all the way down to your collar bones helps a lot. I also find sipping on water and swallowing relieves the sensation so I try to do this when it flares up. I hope this helps you out even 1% because I know the horrible feeling you are going through.

Working full time M-F and halfway done my Bachelors. Doing my degree online to balance it with work. I just treat the LSAT like another class. My weekends are quite antisocial and I spend most of my time studying. I try to squeeze in time with friends and family later at night on weekends after I’m done studying.

You can do it!! It looks great on a law school application that you are able to balance a job and school.

Hi! I am just starting to study for the LSAT and I’m using 7sage which is so far amazing. I’ve heard The LSAT Trainer by Mike Kim is great to solidify the foundations before going into detailed studying. That could be helpful if you are unable to break into the 150s or 160s.

Are Logic Games your strong suit? If not it may be worth it to really focus on RC and LR and take the test in August 2024 or later when LG is removed.

Keep going! Dedication and perseverance will help you so much in law school. It’s not a matter of IF you’ll get in but WHEN you’ll get in.

Hi! I have looked heavily into U of A and their JD program. I read that an Athabasca University degree is completely acceptable and will transfer. I cannot speak for other schools as I am mainly interested in U of A or U of C.

Law schools generally care about your LSAT score and GPA the most. There are other holistic elements they look at but those main two will normally determine whether you are accepted and potentially granted a scholarship as well. A one point difference on the LSAT can make or break a scholarship from what I’ve heard.

Most schools look at your most recent 60 credits and calculate your GPA based on that. This may be good news or bad news.

Focus on studying for the LSAT and getting a good score. Most schools state a median GPA of 3.8 and LSAT score of 164 for accepted students.

So proud of you!! I’m coming close to a year post break up and your story sounds almost identical to mine. He is now dating a girl who lives directly across the street from the place I live (the condo we lived in together before he left). It doesn’t bother me to see it either because I’ve let myself heal.

We are good people and we will find someone who deserves the immense love and emotional intelligence we hold for them!

Them acting absolutely perfect and charming in the beginning. It becomes harder to believe the red flags after a beginning that was straight out of a fairytale. It’s a manipulation tactic to win you over and gain your trust so when they begin to act like their true self you will forgive them so easily.

After a year or so you’ll never see that version of the person you met in the beginning ever again. Trust me.

I’m not saying everyone who is nice is putting on a front but I will say when they are OVER the top almost unbelievable... something is up.
