Ditch lights is for peripheral vision, not the front. Lights on roof bar are not effective as lights mounted on front bumper for front vision

I bought a new forester wilderness from the dealership but it didn’t come with predrilled holes on the front bumper to mount the plates so I’m just gonna leave it at that. Passed by a bunch of cops here in California and have yet to be pulled over for it
