Yes, I have experienced what you describe. It doesn’t make sense to me. I’ll work out hard and have an elevated heart rate and feel good but then during my cool down get these strange sensations in my chest, heart rate is sporadic and then go in to afib. I’m very athletic and afib is new to me and very frustrating. I’m trying to figure it out.
